Cancellation Policy

Nail Appointment Policies - - Nail Prep Please arrive with clean nails, free of product, unless a removal is included in your appointment. A removal fee may apply if I need to remove work from another tech. This helps ensure the best results and allows us to stay on schedule. - Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for the next client. Please contact me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. - Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the slot to another client. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee. • A card on file is required when booking and will be charged in accordance with my policies. - No-Shows Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged a 50% no-show fee to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may require full payment upfront or may be declined from future bookings. - Refunds & Fixes I do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any issues with your nails (lifting, breakage, etc.) within 5 days, please reach out for a complimentary fix. After 5 days, a small fee may apply depending on the issue. - Guests & Children To ensure a relaxing and focused experience for all, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are receiving a service. - Sick Policy If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. There will be no fee for illness-related reschedules if you notify me in advance. - Card on File A card on file is required for all bookings.
