Nail Appointment Policies - - Nail Prep Please arrive with clean nails, free of product, unless a removal is included in your appointment. A removal fee may apply if I need to remove work from another tech. This helps ensure the best results and allows us to stay on schedule. - Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for the next client. Please contact me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. - Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the slot to another client. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • A card on file is required when booking and will be charged in accordance with my policies. - New Client Deposit Policy All new clients are required to pay a deposit when booking an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your service at checkout. Deposits are used to reserve your appointment time and secure your booking. If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. - No-Shows Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged a 100% no-show fee to the card on file. Repeated no-shows are required full payment upfront or may be declined from future bookings. - Refunds & Fixes I do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any issues with your nails (lifting, breakage, etc.) within 5 days, please reach out for a complimentary fix. After 5 days, a small fee may apply depending on the issue. - Guests & Children To ensure a relaxing and focused experience for all, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are receiving a service. ♡ Thank you so much for respecting my time and business.
