Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule, and your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Please contact me if you anticipate being late. Appointment Cancellations/Rescheduling: I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to offer the slot to another client. Please note a cancellation fee may apply for last minute cancellations. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, it may result in a requirement for a full deposit to book future appointments or being banned from booking again.
